Asana der Woche 4

Diese Woche geht es bei der Übung um ein komplexes Vorhaben.
Die Schwierigkeit besteht nicht etwa darin, einen Tempel für diese Übung zu finden – bei der Findung der Übungsorte habt ihr ja in den letzten Wochen einige Routine entwickelt…
Stellt euch also vor einen Tempel antiken Ursprungs, was für die Übung von Bedeutung ist, da wir heut den östlichen Geist der das Yoga durchweht mit unseren abendlänischen Wurzeln verquicken wollen und in der Zusammenführung dieser Geisteshaltungen eine Meditation für den Weltfrieden praktizieren wollen.
Wenn ihr euch vor dem Tempel platziert habt und zwar so, das ihr seine Energie deutlich im Rücken spürt, platziert die Hände im Hasta Mudra (weitgespreizte Finger), spürt die Verwurzelung der Hände mit dem festen Grund (Abendland). Verlagert nun das Gewicht nach vorne, bis ihr das Gefühl der Schwerkraft überwunden habt (Osten) und löse nun die Zehen vom Boden.
Verharre nun in diesem Schwebezustand zehn Minuten, und lasse zu, dass die Verwurzelung und die Schwerelosigkeit in im So-Sein kulminiert.
Ihr werdet bemerken, das diese Verbindung im So-Sein als Basis für den Weltfrieden angesehen werden kann.
Sollten euch die zehn Minuten zu Beginn der Woche zu lange erscheinen – übt!

    from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because
    of the expenses. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on various websites for about a year
    and am concerned about switching to another platform.
    I have heard very good things about blogengine.net.
    Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it?
